Virat Kohli reminded Dhoni of the “Huge Six” in the helicopter shot.

Virat Kohli is what Mahendra Singh Dhoni imagined. Santosh, a friend from their youth, taught Mahi how to use Helicopter Shot. Everyone is aware of the upcoming chapter. Dhoni and helicopter shots become interchangeable terms.

In the final ODI of the series between India and Sri Lanka, Kohli was seen making a “helicopter shot.” In the 43rd over, Kohli reached his century total. In the following over, Kohli used a helicopter shot to send Kasun Rajitha flying into the stands. Rajitha maintained control of the ball just outside the off stump.

As he exits the crease, Kohli smacks a six. The commentators were overheard saying, “Kohli shot like MS Dhoni,” after witnessing Virat’s shot. After making the shot, Kohli immediately recognised its resemblance to Dhoni’s helicopter shot. With a chuckle, Kohli informed Shreyas Iyer, who was positioned at the non-striking end, that the shot was a mahi.

In his century against Sri Lanka, Kohli needed just 85 balls. He then made 66 runs off of 25 balls. Using Kohli’s outstanding century, Team India scored 390 runs for five wickets. Sri Lanka finished the run chase with 73 runs. By 317 runs, India triumphed in the game. In the just-finished three-ODI series against Sri Lanka, Kohli notched two hundreds. He claimed to be in excellent form.
