Google recently introduced a cool feature called ‘Help Me Write’ for its email service, Gmail. This feature will help Gmail users write high-quality emails. The feature will use artificial intelligence and machine learning for email drafts. With this great Gmail feature, users can edit emails, refresh, regenerate, and even change the tone of the email. But the feature is still under development. Those who subscribe to the Google Workspace Labs Programmeme (Google Workspace Labs Programmeme) can use this feature.

Now, before using Gmail’s ‘Help Me Write’ feature, you need to know if you have access to the Workspace Labs feature. For that, you need to open a new message in Gmail and wait for the ‘Help Me Write’ button to appear. You’ll find this feature just below the compose window. And when the ‘Help Me Write’ option comes up for you, you must understand that you are also subscribing to the Google Workspace Labs program. Here, you can compose an email with the help of artificial intelligence.

Only then can you write a new email using the ‘Help Me Write’ button. This way, you can write everything from birthday invitations to business contacts and even job applications with ease. You can edit the draft again to make the email shorter or more detailed if you want.

How to draft emails with the Help Me Write feature

1) First open Gmail, and you will see a compose button at the bottom right. Click on it.

2) You will see a Help Me Write option at the bottom right of the screen; tap on it.

3) Give a prompt here about who you are emailing, in what tone, and about what subject.

4) Now tap the Create button to generate the draft based on your prompt.

5) If you are not satisfied with the generated text, you can give your feedback and recreate it.

6) And if you are satisfied with the draft, you can add it to your email by tapping the insert option.
